To introduce the business, DeVere Sr. held the first Michigan Tool show at the Durand Hotel in Flint. DeVere Sr. scheduled representatives from the best cutting tool companies to present tooling seminars to GM, AC-Spark Plug, Fisher Body and other local manufactures.
